01. Agreement
By accessing the Haryana Dairy Dairy platform, you agree to these terms. Our service is designed for personal, non-commercial use of fresh dairy subscription and delivery.
02. Deliveries
We guarantee morning delivery before 9:00 AM for all active subscriptions. You are responsible for providing a secure location for drop-off. Any issues with delivery must be reported within 2 hours.
03. Wallet & Billing
Our platform operates on a prepaid wallet system. Subscriptions are automatically deducted daily. It is your responsibility to maintain a minimum balance for uninterrupted delivery.
04. Conduct
Users are expected to interact respectfully with our delivery partners and support staff. Haryana Dairy Dairy reserves the right to terminate service for any abusive behavior.
